Guy Peterson

Founder & CEO

Guy is a former Australian Army Officer, where he led other Commissioned Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers in both strategic headquarter environments and various deployed operational roles. During the course of Guy’s Defence career he received many medals and awards in recognition of his exemplary service.

Following Guy’s Defence career, Guy moved into general management consulting where he led the Assurance & Resilience account for Booz & Company Australia, the International Mission Assurance account for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) business, was an account Director for Price Waterhouse Coopers’, and General Manager for Consulting & Sales at archTIS.

More recently, Guy has focussed his extensive leadership, management and operational experience gained across multiple roles and industries into the hospitality industry, where he has successfully repositioned multiple underperforming properties into highly profitable businesses.

Guy holds many relevant industry qualifications including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde Business School, Master of Science from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), and various Diplomas in management, technology and engineering.

James Hyndes

James previously held senior roles as a Director of equity sales with investment banks Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Macquarie Bank. He has experience in listing more than 100 companies across Asian and Australian equity markets and worked in South Korea, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Further, James' career includes significant experience as a research analyst covering a number of industries including technology and consumer sectors.

James is a graduate of the Australian National University with degrees in Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) and Bachelor of Economics. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. A Korean speaker, he has lived in Asia since 1995.

Matthew Maclay

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew is a highly experienced manager with a passion for optimising business performance and spearheading scalable growth initiatives. Boasting over two decades of extensive experience in facilities management both domestically and internationally, he brings a wealth of expertise to his pivotal role as Chief Operating Officer at Redhill Hospitality.

Throughout his career, Matthew has consistently demonstrated his commitment to driving operational excellence and fostering innovation. His strategic foresight and hands-on approach enable him to effectively navigate complex challenges while capitalising on emerging opportunities.

As Chief Operating Officer, Matthew is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Redhill Hospitality, ensuring seamless execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the guest experience. His leadership and managerial expertise play a critical role in steering the company towards sustainable growth and profitability.

Before joining Redhill Hospitality, Mathew served as the Associate Director of Operations at the Australian National University (ANU), where he spearheaded multidisciplinary teams in delivering all enabling services across the university's extensive 4.3-billion-dollar asset portfolio. During his tenure, he achieved notable milestones in revenue generation, governance, strategic planning, performance management, and customer engagement.

Mathew's academic background includes a management degree from the University of Canberra, complemented by trade qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning. This diverse skill set equips him with a holistic understanding of both the operational and technical aspects crucial to driving organisational success.

Nitish Singh

Analyst

Nitish's work involves industry and company research and the evaluation of investment opportunities at Redhill Partners. He has worked in the Assurance line as a Senior Associate with PwC, specializing in the audit of real estate and pharmaceutical companies for 3 years.

Nitish has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honors) from the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Harpreet Kaur

Senior Accountant

Harpreet Kaur has an unmatched passion for precision in financial management. Holding a Bachelor of Accounting from Charles Sturt University, Harpreet brings a wealth of knowledge and four years of experience to our team.

Beyond her qualifications, She holds impressive certificates including BAS Agent, Institute Certified Bookkeeping member, and Certified Xero and MYOB advisor. Additionally, her provisional membership with the Chartered Accountants attests to her continuous pursuit of professional growth.

She adeptly leads and manages the accounting team and ensures that every detail is in its rightful place.

Serene See

Admin Support

Serene brings to the Redhill team a strong background in high-level administration support and excellence in customer service. Serene ensures the smooth running of the office, acting as the central liaison point for communication and assisting reporting to investors.

Ken Lee

Manager

Ken has worked as Investment Analyst covering Real Estate, Telecommunications and Technology sectors for more than 10 years. He has been involved in the entire buy side deal cycle, from origination to due diligence till the signing of SPAs.

Ken has an MBA from Singapore Management University and a Bachelors of Commerce from The University of Queensland.

Fai Srikhum

Revenue Manager

Fai has a solid background in IT, specialising in cybersecurity and business information systems. Fai is currently enrolled at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) studying a master's program in Cybersecurity and has previously completed a bachelor's program in International Studies with a focus on Global Security. She has joined Redhill Hospitality as a revenue manager recognising the strong technical skills required to ensure our online distribution, channel management and technology value chain remain optimised and resilient. Fai’s core roles include developing pricing strategies, producing revenue forecasts, implementing rate plans, online distribution, and optimisation of all sales channels.

Thinley Wangmo

Assistant Accountant / Bookkeeper

Thinley graduated from the University of Canberra with a master’s degree in education studies, and has recently completed a Masters in Professional Accounting from the National Institute of Management and Commerce. With a mixed background in hospitality, education and accounting, Thinley has joined Redhill Hospitality as an assistant accountant / bookkeeper.
